在麦马斯特（McMaster）读 MBA， 如何免掉在国内的已修课程？

对于国际学生，一定要自己来申请 waiver。
申请前的注意事项：

1. 只有 600-level （也就是第一年的课程）才能申请 waiver，所有 700-level 的课程都不能申请。
2. 如果你想要 waive 一门 600-level 的课程，则必须选择一门 700-level 的课程来代替，因此每一学期还是需要上五门课。
3. 要在开学前申请，具体日期要看最新的 academic calendar。

要求：

1. 之前上过的课程必须是 university， degree-level course
2. 那门课至少拿到了B
3. 在十年内完成的这门课程（2014年9月起效）

对于这个outline，如果大学本科的outline是英文的可以直接上交；如果大学本科只有中文的则需要交中文版和翻译的英文版。
具体的要求是：A copy of the official course outline issued from the university where the course was taken. For course outlines from international universities that are not issued in English, we require the original course outline plus an English-translated version. Translations must be official and completed by the instructor of the course or the institution. A notarized translation will also be accepted (certified by a notary public). 不过根据同学的经验，只要能够自己翻译一下基本上就可以了。

如果是在 course outline 附带的信息则不用交；如果 outline 里没有，则需另交一份 description。
