我第一次pull over 就没收到罚单，因为当时警察看在我是初犯而且态度良好。就让我走了。但是一般来说，这种可能性非常小，再加上你一般被pull over都是因为你超速了，或者违反了交规之类的。
当然不排除警察是来查酒驾的，如果你没喝酒，被pullover也没关系
