I will say it's the most competitive theatre co. in U of T. Their operation is slightly different, in the sense that Hart House Theatre hire middle level/profile directors and actors in their productions. Others like UC Follies ,and Hart House Players they give preference to UT students. For example, their artistic director in previous year is actually the current director for Lower Ossington theatre. Also, for actors, a bunch of TAMAC agencies' young/ emerging actors also starred in the cast to bridge the bottleneck when they first graduated.
